About Invasive Species

Our most FAQs

Do we have to do the activities at every outing?
The goal is to cover everything in the curriculum and including our Stream/Pond Habitat Activity.
How long should we plan to teach for?
Talk to your lead mentor, but no longer than 15 minutes usually.
What if we don’t have everything we need, can we purchase items?
Yes, but please reach out to TMP National for big purchases and talk with your Lead as well.
Is it mandatory that everyone participates?
We do not force kids to do anything, so if they prefer to sit out with a caregiver, they can!
When do we hand out the buttons for participation?
Talk with your Lead because some do after the activity and others do at the beginning of the next outing.
